The Mediterranean Development Center (MDC) was founded by highly experienced professionals with expertise in various fields, both locally and internationally. The center launched its operations in Libya, with ambitions to expand its activities across North Africa. We are committed to establishing a professional environment that enables seamless collaboration between international organizations and local public and private sectors. MDC is supported by numerous partnerships with institutions, consultancy firms, and European and international companies specializing in various fields. Our international experts provide innovative solutions required to implement and develop a wide range of projects proposed by the Libyan state. Furthermore, the Libyan government actively encourages foreign investment in Libya, whether through independent ventures or partnerships with local entities.
